Details:	Mr. Hick relayed an email he received from Alexin Lab and asked for assistance in determining what initial lab tests are required for the "new" well, which has not been approved as a source for the system. EH sent a detailed email which included the Alexin COC form and the compounds to be listed. The well, CLAT55637, has been the sole source of water for the system since it was drilled in early 2023, despite the incomplete plan review and violation for its use in the County licensed RV pard (Sunset Lake RV Park and Resort). In addition to the EH violation, Clatsop County Code Compliance is investigating possible land-use and permit violations. All correspondence has been filed in the water system paper file. As of August 9, 2024, there are no posted lab results for the compounds listed above.
