| Details: | I contacted Mr. Burcher regarding the repeat samples which were TC positive. He stated that he believes this was once again caused by stagnation from a large storage tank with too little use. As they have done before, they plan on providing a temporary low residual chlorine level throughout the system beginning at storage over the next couple weeks with higher water output. This operator (Burcher) monitors chlorine concentrations at least daily to assure proper concentrations in the system, and he is very competent. I have also issued a level 1 investigation form to him. |
