| Details: | Spoke to operator about test results, all additional samples taken on 8/5/24 were negative for coliform and e-coli. Previous samples from 8/1/24 were positive for Coliform and E-coli. Operator has posted a notice at the lodge and is supplying bottle water for all persons at establishment. Will be conducting a level II investigation, try and determine the cause of the previous positive coliform and e-coli positive tests. Next steps do Level II investigation and try and determine why test results where positive. Operator has sent verification photos of posting the tier II notice. |
