Details:	Conducted a field visit to water system to follow up October 2017 conditional approval letter for new water treatment plant (slow sand and chlorine disinfection with contact time) after not receiving monthly surface water reports for system for recent months. Verified that slow sand plant is being used along with current Harsmco cartridge filter, UV, and chlorine injection. System is monitoring filtered turbidity and first user chlorine in monthly reports and will compile them to send to DWS. System is open and only serving staff, no guests at this time in winter. System to verify conditions of letter met on slow sand and chlorine disinfection ASAP. Additionally, system to document with total coliform count removal metric for returning slow sand filter to service after cleaning or before placing on-line. Jan 14 2019 update: System has submitted Oct, Nov, and Dec monthly surface water reports, and was provided tier 2 public notice template for exceeding 95 % filtered NTU limit of 1 NTU in those months. Communicated all conditions of final plant approval to engineer and approved tracer study methodology for two 6,500 parallel contact reservoirs.
