| Details: | I spoke to Casey regarding the violation for not submitting the three temporary routine samples in July following the positive TC sample in June. I reviewed the SDWIS page and sampling schedule with her. I reminded her not miss any more routine samples or the system would need to tested monthly for a year. | ||
