| Details: | Meara called to let me know the one repeat sample that was taken from the location that was previously positive was also positive for total coliform. She did take a triggered sample and two distribution samples which results for those will be back on Friday. I told her about the level 1 investigation that would be required and emailed it to her. If the other three samples are absent, the issue is likely the swivel fault at this location and should not be used for future samples. | ||
