Details: Talked to the operator about the level 2 investigation. Required level 2 investigation after two level 1 investigations in a 12 month period. Both level 1's were for late/non-reporting for coliform sampling following positive coliform results in September of 2023 and August of 2024. Level 2 investigation is scheduled for August 27th at 10 AM.
