| Details: | The water system collects 4 coliform samples a month. A sample collected Aug 12th was positive for total coliform. The other three samples collected the same day were absent for bacteria. Three repeat samples and 2 triggered source samples were collected on 8/19/24. Two of the repeats were present for total coliform bacteria. The source samples were absent for coliform bacteria. The system is to fill out a level 1 assessment form and send back to OHA/DWS. No further action is needed at this time. System to resume its regular monitoring schedule. | ||
