| Details: | Joe reported intent for Michelle LeBlanc to act as operator of the water system which would resolve an outstanding deficiency from the last survey. My response: This would be satisfactory if Michelle's certification is current (or she makes it current) and the paperwork is completed indicating she is acting as operator for this specific system. Joe expressed interest in completing the certification requirement himself. We also talked about a recent violation in failure to collect one quarterly arsenic sample in a series of a minimum 4 samples required. This means the quarterly series would at least extend through the Jan-Feb-March 2025 quarter. |
