Details: Operator is not sure what happened. Advised it is ok to shock system after the repeats have been completed and before the temporary routines. Reviewed sampling techniques, and proper sample taps, flushing taps, not turning water off and on again before taking sample. Address any system issues, leaks, sampling protocols and take 3 temporary routine samples in distribution (not at source) during the month of February.
