| Details: | We responded to an email sent to us from the operator. A portion of our responding email said: "...There remain some unresolved issues associated with the water system survey conducted on 8/30/18. For your convenience, relevant correspondence has been attached to this letter. In order to avoid being referred to the Oregon Health Authority, Drinking Water Services, for regulatory enforcement, either: (1) listed significant violations on the 8/30/18 water system survey must be fully resolved (and properly documented/submitted) by 2/15/19; or (2) ‘Aldridge Ditch CO WS’ public water system must propose a corrective action schedule, that is also approved by Hood River County Health Department, prior to 2/15/19..."
