| Details: | Stayton received two violations, one in June and one in July for not reporting EP-A LCR corrosion control water quality parameters pH and alkalinity. It was found that the monitoring data is on the distribution page and labeled as "plant". DWS advised to add these measurements to the EP-A reporting page instead of the distribution reporting page. | ||
