| Details: | The system reached out to DWS staff informing them of 3rd Quarter DBP sampling challenges. The system is on a quarterly schedule for DBPs with specific collection months (February, May, August, and November). The system has recently experienced issues with DBP analyses this month, with samples failing QC analyses and previous samples arriving at the lab over temperature. The plan is to resample tomorrow (8/28/2024); however, this is the third attempt to sample this month. The system is concerned that if issues persist, they may not have valid results for DBP samples collected in the designated collection month of August. DWS staff encouraged the system to collect samples this week in an attempt to avoid a reporting/monitoring violation. | ||
