| Details: | Contacted Kassy to inform her that The Mountaindale Recovery Center Water System had a repeat sample and a source sample come back positive for total coliform. She was asked to submit one temporary routine sample in the month of September. The level 1 investigation form and instructions for shocking the system were given attached to email. This was to try to help Kassy and crew trouble shoot possible contamination. | ||
