| Details: | I contacted Mr. Morawiec's message service and provided a detailed repeat process for the recent TC+ samples at this system. I also provided my direct line for him to contact me with any questions. This follows other recent positive coliform samples and during a recent level 2 investigation we spoke of the probability of shock treatment for continued confirmed coliform positive sample. |
