The operator emailed me a copy of the Tier 2 notice that was posted on 08.29.2024. This notice is being posted for not meeting CT requirements during the month of June 2024.
Next steps: The operator was advised to submit a copy of the notice to DMCE. The notice should also be edited with the correct days in June when the system failed to meet CT.
