| Details: | Operator called me and we discussed that the physical address of service location appears to be sufficient for inventory form but I encouraged marking on a map the inventory inspection locations. We discussed the need for 20% of lines to be physically inspected and operator agreed. Operator noted the inspection locations were randomized. Operator to mail a copy of the inventory form to us and would see about including a map. I will identify whom, at the state office, needed a copy of the inventory sheet as well. |
