| Details: | System has been on monthly sampling since June 2023 following a level 1 in February 2023 and a late quarterly report. System has taken 16 on-time monthly samples and should go back to quarterly sampling. Made site visit 9/3/24 and discussed with Darla and looked at well, reservoir and pump house. Recommend removing insulation around wellhead and using another type of freeze protection to eliminate harborage for rodents and insects. Also routinely check reservoir hatch lid for tightness. I will submit coliform sampling schedule change for and update new owner info. | ||
