| Details: | By phone contacted the owner, Vic Mann, and Manager, Jessica Clark, about the E.coli positive sample from 9/04/24. Discussed taking and submitting 3 repeat samples and 1 source (triggered) sample before as soon as possible. This info was also e-mailed to both. Manager stated this would be done Monday 9/9/24. Also, noticed that the recent submitted water tests are not showing a sample site. Discussed entering which sink the samples are being taken on the sample form. I attached a water sampling guide too for reference. |
