10.24.2024-Operator reported that he has completed the SOPs for the O&M Manual. No further actions needed at this time.

10.15.2024-Emailed operator requesting an update on the status of the Operation and Maintenance Manual.

09.19.2024
- Quarterly turbidimeter calibrations completed. Last calibration done on 06.04.2024. The operator provided a copy of the calibration report. Calibration records are also kept in plant logbook. The operator is working on the SOPs.

- Emergency Response Plan complete and updated (09.19.2024).

- Civil West completed new the tracer study on 09.19.2024. Final report pending.

09.09.2024
- Operator notified on 09.09.2024

- Corrective actions for deficiencies and rule violations due on October 28, 2024. Specifically: Perform quarterly calibration of turbidimeters and complete SOPs for critical tasks.

- Inventory updates: number of connections updated.
