| Details: | Visited with Keith Male trying to figure out how to prevent the system from going to monthly monitoring as they did take the samples in July but marked them as repeat instead of temporary routine samples. So asked John Wrigley to contact the lab and have them edit the samples to be temporary routine instead of repeat. In addition a routine sample needs to be taken in September for third quarter sampling. If these can be done and the sample is absent the firm should be able to stay on quarterly monitoring. Chuck M. is out of the office this week, I will call him when he returns to discuss this situation. | ||
