Details: Today phone contact was made with the owner. The ownership recently changed and an info change form will be submitted. The owner was made aware that his facility didn't take the required annual nitrate sample during the 2018 calendar year. Owner is now aware of the requirement and agreed to take nitrate sample within one week.
