| Details: | I spoke with the QA Manager at PNW VEG. We discussed responses to the total coliform positive which includes, 3 repeat samples from distribution and a triggered source assessment from each of the 4 source wells. Additionally, since the system has not yet taken their annual source assessments, these triggered tests will satisfy that annual requirement. The QA Manager stated that the system intends to take the required samples today. |
