Details:	I spoke with Allan regarding the recent TC+ routine distribution sample. Repeat and Triggered source samples were submitted. One repeat distribution sample returned positive. This will require a Level 2 investigation for having two confirmations in a rolling year. The Level 2 is scheduled for Tuesday 9/17. Allan stated he used a disinfectant cleaner rather than bleach or alcohol to sanitize the bathroom faucet.
