| Details: | I spoke with the QA Manager who stated that one of the repeat samples was positive for total coliform. I notified them that the coliform was now confirmed and that the system needs to complete a level 1 investigation and take 3 routines next month, October. We located the investigation forms on the web together and I reminded the operator of the total coliform schedule on the drinking water data online. The QA Manager promised to complete the L1 investigation and send it to me soon and within one month. |
