| Details: | Emailed Elaine on 09/13/2024 to inform them that two water RT samples came back positive for total coliform. I informed them that this will generate a Level 2 investigation and sent a copy of the form that will be filled out during the site visit. Will follow up with the operator next week to schedule the investigation. Also informed the operator that a triggered sample is required in addition to 3 temporary routine samples that will need to be collected next month. | ||
