| Details: | Spoke with owner operator regarding the positive coliform results from the routine sample submitted on 2-1-19. She claims that she submitted repeat samples to the lab yesterday. These include two distribution samples and one from the well. I explained to her that a third sample is required from the distribution system. She will submit this tomorrow. | ||
