Details:	I emailed water system contact and their engineer regarding the June inspection of the water system's source construction. I informed the water system that the construction does not meet the necessary standards for a groundwater source construction. I informed the water system that sources are infiltrating surface water from just up gradient of the collection device and that the as-built sources will be reclassified to surface water source. Options for correcting the issue have been provided to the water system contact and the engineer. The water system will need to remain on a boil water advisory until approved treatment can be installed or an approved alternate water source can be put into use.
