Details: In response to the most recent routine sample showing positive for total coliform, I sent an email to the operator of reminding them to take 3 repeat coliform samples from distribution and a single triggered source assessment sample.

I also reminded the operator that next month the system will take 3 routine samples.

I provided a link to the updated coliform sampling schedule.
