| Details: | Salem notified DWS that one of their routine coliform sample sites came back coliform positive (negative e coli) on 9/17/24. Salem took the necessary repeats (original, upstream, downstream) and since the ASR wells were not in operation during the time of the detection, they are not required to take assessment samples at those sites. Results came back on 9/18 showing that all sample results were satisfactory. No further actions needed. | ||
