| Details: | On 9/19/24 Oregon DWS notified CCPH that a recent "triggered" water sample at South Well #2 tested positive for e. coli. I called Donna Holdridge, the contact person with the water system, and told her that with DWS guidance, 5 confirmation water samples are required from that same South Well #2, SRC-BA, within 24 hours. I added that the well should not be shock chlorinated prior to collecting the 5 confirmation samples. Donna said she will contact the people involved with this system's water samples to have these samples collected. | ||
