| Details: | I was contacted by the operator of this system. They notified me that their triggered source assessment came back positive for total coliform. The operator has begun working on the Level 1 investigation form. After investigating the system, the firm will decide how to respond and may shock treat the well and/or distribution. The firm is working with a well company to assess sample locations, methods and construction of the system. The firm will still take 3 routine samples in the month of October. |
