| Details: | Called and left a voicemail discussing the 4 coliform samples that need to be collected: 3 Repeats in the distribution and 1 Triggered at the wellhead. I stated that one repeat may be at the "6580 State St Boy's Restroom Sink" since that is where the original coliform sample was collected. I also warned that they would be required to collect 3 total coliform samples in October due to this detection. *Gretchen called back with some follow-up questions about sending notices to the patrons. Discussed that was not required since it was not confirmed E. coli. |
