| Details: | Called and spoke with operator to ask if aware of coliform + result from 9-18. He was not and agrees to check e-mail. I followed up with instructions via e-mail for follow up samples needed (1 from well, 3 from distribution). I sent guidance on testing procedure and choices for sample locations for future. Advised to repeat sample from site that came back coliform +. Operator agrees to do follow up samples as needed. | ||
