| Details: | Firm is a PNC. Visited store and discussed required water testing with Carolyn, store manager. A management change has occurred and Carolyn was unaware of the testing requirements. The phone number for the store is a corporate number that only provides voicemail. I informed Carolyn the store is required to test for coliform monthly and nitrate annually. I provided contact information for water labs in Corvallis, Oregon. Carolyn stated she will make sure the store returns to testing compliance. | ||
