| Details: | TCR-2816 10.09.2024-Operator submitted L1 Coli investigation report. Report submitted to DMCE. TG sample came back absent of coliform contamination. No further actions needed at this time. 10.03.2024-Only the repeat sample collected at initial site that tested positive for TC came back TC positive. Next steps: - The operator was instructed to collect a TG sample. TG sample will be collected prior to any corrective actions. The operator is planning to replace the sample tap at the Hydrant R6 sample site. Once the tap is replaced, the operator will shock the system and collect a special sample. A level one coliform investigation will be conducted. L1 coliform investigation form submitted to operator. 09.26.2024- The RT sample collected on 08.23.24 tested positive for TC. The operator investigated the caused of the TC positive. The control panel went out and the chlorinator was unplugged, indicating a potential loss of disinfection. The chlorinator has been resorted to operation. Next steps: The operator was instructed to collect 3 repeat samples and one triggered sample. The TG sample will count as the AS sample for 2024. Additional information provided: A coliform sampling plan template was provided to the operator via email. |
