| Details: | Contacted Emilio Pereira about the violation for not taking a source water test. Explained and reminded him when taking this month’s coliform test to please also include a second one specifically from the source. Emilio explained that 2 tests were taken in August (one from distribution and one from the well), but both appear t coded as Routine. It was explained that once a year a source assessment test needs to be done and whenever there is a positive it is a triggered test. | ||
