Details: Phone contact with operator, water system will take 3 repeat samples in the distribution and 1 source sample. Will follow up regarding repeats. Discussed new well on neighbors property.

2 repeat samples are present for bacteria, system will continue monthly monitoring and complete level 1 investigation. System will complete and routine level 1 investigation to lane county with-in 30 days.
