| Details: | 9/27/24 - DWS contacted system regarding 2 x routine TC+ sample reported on 9/26/24. The sampler claims to have rushed through sample collection. As a result, the sample locations were not properly disinfected or flushed prior to sample collection. Confirmed that only one well, the East well, was in use at time of sampling. Instructed the system to collect the following samples and submit them to the lab within 24 hrs: - 6 x Repeat samples (3 each from at and near the two TC+ sample locations) - 1 x Triggered sample from Well A (SRC-AA) 9/30/24 - Hayden confirmed that all repeat samples and the triggered sample were TC negative. |
