Diana contacted me on 12/4/24, SOC and VOC sampling have been scheduled but not completed and next available SWS course is in 2025. Granted extension to 1/15/25. Diana is registered for SWS course on 2/4/25 and SOC and VOC sampling have been conducted on 1/2/25 (awaiting results). Granted extension to 2/5/25. Received SOC and VOC results on 1/16/25. Received SWS certification on 2/5/25 and SWS Operator Application submitted on 2/20/25. All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
