Details:	Susan called because she was concerned that they might not have the photographs taken by next week to show that they had corrected the significant deficiencies from survey because of snow/weather. I asked her to send me an email documenting this so that we would have a record that the system was trying to comply with deadline but might be delayed due to weather. Email was received 2/6/2019.
