| Details: | Jeff called regarding the LCR violations. He will make sure to send the monthly EP WQP reports to OHA DWP. Jeff collected a passing round of 10 LCR samples in September 2024. Jeff will collect another round of 10 in the first half of 2025. If results are in compliance, WS will return to yearly (5 samples) LCR schedule. Jeff to continue to send LCR results and monthly WQP reports to OHA DWP. | ||
