| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the recent total coliform positives that have occurred. Corrective action including shock treatment was discussed and information emailed to the operator. Operator believes issue has been isolated to the storage tank. Recommend taking special samples to totally isolate TC issue then if it is the storage tank, drain and clean. Level 2 investigation will be conducted next week. | ||
