| Details: | 10/2/24 - DWS contacted Jason and his tenant regarding the violation notice the system received for missing routine coliform samples between June - August 2024. The system was unaware of their monthly coliform schedule and had not been collecting samples. They will be getting sample bottles from a lab in Medford on 10/3/24 and will resume their monthly monitoring in October. | ||
