| Details: | SWTR for September did not meet required CT on Sept 12. - 10.05.2024: Lillie submitted copy of the Tier 2 notice. DMCE notified. System was advised to submit a revised version of the SWT form. - 10.03.2024: David Funderburk emailed me, reporting that he performed a service at SFI on 10/1. He discovered that the pH tester was reading inaccurately and in need of calibration. SFI management is in the process of acquiring a new pH tester and obtaining calibration solutions. - 10.02.2024: After reviewing the report, I emailed Lillie and Steve, notifying them that there are issues with the report that the system will need to address, specifically: Inaccurate calculations of the required CT, and records of unusually high levels of pH ranging between 10 and 12. Next steps: The system was advised to investigate the possible causes for high pH. A new copy of the surface water treatment form was provided via email. The operator was instructed to use this form to re-submit the SWT form for September. The revised form must be submitted to DMCE. The system was also instructed to post a Tier 2 notice for not meeting the required CT on Sept 12. - 09.30.2024: Lillie submitted a copy of the SWT report for September 2024. |
