| Details: | The water system has had a few total coliform positive hits since July. This contact report is for July 30- Oct 2. July 30 the system collected 2 routine samples and 1 source assessment - both the source and one sample was total coliform positive. The admin contact who had collected these took them on his last day of employment. August 6 - 2 repeat samples collected that were absent for bacteria September 25 - 1 routine sample was positive for total coliform. There were 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample collected as the required follow up and just the source sample came back total coliform positive. The system had received 2 violations for not taking enough follow up samples. These violations will be automatically returned to compliance now that the proper number of samples have been collected. System to take a routine sample later in October. Further action may be needed based on results. |
