| Details: | Email received from Michells: On 10/5/24 at approximately 0930 (2) tenants reported to the Park Manager low water pressure. Upon visiting the park - the meters were checked and it was discovered that approximately 7000gal. of water was "used" from 10/3/24 to the morning of 10/5/24. Both upper holding tanks were under 1/4full - indicating a significant leak somewhere in the park. Proper EOP procedure was followed. Onsite for the search were Pam Ward: Park Manager, Michelle LeBlanc: Consultant, and Lawrence VanHoof: Plumber. Investigation was completed around 1330. Investigation included inspecting visible lines and all connections, inspecting all homes (including under and around), and more. Despite our best efforts, the source of the problem has not yet been discovered. Baimbridge Water was called out for hauled water. Water will be hauled out as needed until the situation is resolved. American Leak Detection was contacted. They are closed for the weekend. We will schedule a visit to have them come out, at an unknown date, but as soon as possible once the call is returned. Once the issue is traced, the repair will be completed - which will include shutting the system down for repair if necessary. |
