| Details: | Violation for not reporting 2018 NO3 sample. I contacted Mr. Grim over the phone to discuss the recent violation for not reporting their yearly NO3 sample for 2018. Eric stated that the nitrate sample was collected and he would contact the lab to verify on what date it was reported to the State. On 02/07/2019 Mr. Grim email me a copy of the Lab report. He contacted the lab and they indicated that the lab results for the NO3 sample was sent to the state on 10/17/2018. I checked the Data Online Information for this water system and the violation was removed by SDWIS. No further action needed at this time. |
