| Details: | Called Andy to inform him that the 4th Quarter LRAA for HAA5 in 2018 at the 24217 SE Oak site was over 0.030 mg/L. The water system will return to routine monitoring quarterly at the eight original sites. The months to monitor are unchanged (i.e., February, May, August and November). 2019 LRAA data will be evaluated to determine if further action is needed. |
