| Details: | All 3 repeats and triggered sample from well #2 (north) TC+ following 10/7 routine positive. Gene said well #2 has been shut off and just using well #1 in the interim. Well #2 uses UV disinfection for historical persistent coliforms. Gene thinks there is probably a disruption in the UV treatment. System will find and fix and take follow up samples. Will send system Level One investigation form. *2918 was also positive but was the 2024 assessment sample. (TC+ no E.coli) |
